Ordering Policy

Order Window

All orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same
day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

Sales Tax

California Residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. No sales tax is
added to orders shipped to other locations.

Payment Methods

DermTeam, Inc. welcomes American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit
cards. DermTeam, Inc. is the processing, fulfillment center, and the online store provider
for the physician. Every order will be processed and listed on your credit card
statement as DermTeam, Inc.

We will notify you via email within 1 business day if a product is out of stock.

Your Privacy

The types of personal information collected with your order are: name, billing address,
email address, phone number, credit/debit card information and shipping address. We
use this information to complete your order. We do not share this information with third
parties. We will never use your e-mail address for anything other than promoting
specials or to contact you regarding a current order. Your phone number is also used
to contact you regarding a current order. You may opt-out of customer communications
at any time by calling us at 866-478-9337 or emailing us at service@dermteam.com.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping options include UPS next day air, UPS 3 day select, UPS ground, and USPS
Priority Mail. Orders shipped USPS are charged a flat fee of $5.50 for shipping and
handling. UPS shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout.

Free Shipping

All purchases over $75.00 receive FREE shipping and handling via United States
Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping Times

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground orders can be expected within 2-5 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, you may return the item(s) for an
exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. If returning an item(s), you must
include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will include both the cost of the product(s) and the original shipping costs. For
partial returns, the refunded shipping costs will be prorated based on total products
ordered with the initial purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is
a result of our error. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer.
